What this service is
Kenosha Garage Floors operates a lead-referral website that connects homeowners and businesses with an independent, local, licensed and insured floor coating contractor. We are a referral service - not a contractor. We do not perform coating work, supervise it, or guarantee any contractor's work, pricing, licensing, timing, or results. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the contractor you choose.
No cost to homeowners
Using the Site and requesting a quote is free to you. We are compensated by the contractor we refer you to - never by the homeowner - and we operate in Kenosha and the surrounding Kenosha County area only. You are under no obligation to hire anyone after receiving a quote.
No endorsement or guarantee
We do not endorse, certify, or guarantee any contractor we connect you with. You are responsible for vetting any contractor, including confirming licensing, insurance, references, and quotes, before hiring.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site lawfully. You authorize us and the contractor(s) we connect you with to contact you as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Site and any referrals are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any contractor will meet your needs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenosha Garage Floors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any work performed (or not performed) by a contractor. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100.
Intellectual property
The Site's content and design are owned by Kenosha Garage Floors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kenosha County, Wisconsin.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
